<p>A thermoplastic elastomer composition which comprises a thermoplastic elastomer containing an ethylene · α-olefin copolymer and a crystalline ethylenic polymer resin, wherein the crystalline ethylenic polymer resin makes up a three-dimensional network structure in a matrix comprising the ethylene α-olefin copolymer, and exhibiting a melt flow rate of 5 g/10 min or more at a load of 10 kg at 230 ˚ C and a melt tensile strength of 3.0 gf or more at a take-off speed of 2 m/min at 210 ˚ C, an organic or inorganic blowing agent, and a nucleating agent; and an injection foaming method which comprises injecting the above composition into the cavity space in a mold and then opening the mold at an opening speed of 0.05 to 0.4 mm/sec, to thereby enlarge the cavity space to foam it.</p> |
