The invention relates to a computer system that can be used to manage documents. The inventive system comprises: at least one server; at least one client station which can exchange data with the server; at least one document which is stored by the server and which can be sent by the server to a determined client station; and a means for the absolute designation of the document, such that the access to said document is secure.
