PURPOSE: An auxiliary safety device for a vehicle is provided to control traveling state of the vehicle regardless of driver's will although a driver doesn't concentrate upon driving while talking over a cellular phone or to control the vehicle by operating a brake together although an accelerator pedal is operated. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary safety device for a vehicle comprises a controller(20) sensing a switch(10) generating an electric signal according to use of a cellular phone(HP); a fuel injection device(30) supplying just predetermined quantity of fuel to the engine according to the control signal generated by the controller; an emergency lamp-switching device(40) operating an emergency lamp of the vehicle according to the control signal generated by the controller; and a pedal-interlocking device(50) constraining operation of an accelerator pedal according the control signal generated by the controller. Thus, the travelling of the vehicle is controlled regardless of driver's will.
