PURPOSE: An automatic roll forming mold assembling system is provided in which a roll forming mold consisting of multiple steps of upper and lower rolls is changed and set simply and promptly. CONSTITUTION: The automatic roll forming mold assembling system comprises a straightness measuring machine comprising an upper beam connecting both pillars, a lower beam positioned at the lower side of the upper beam, an upper roll position measuring means slidingly installed at an upper guide installed on the upper beam and a lower roll position measuring means slidingly installed at a lower guide installed on the lower beam; a roll gap measuring machine(200) comprising a fixed beam(213) which connects both pillars(211,212) to measure gap between rolls by being linked with the straightness measuring machine, an upper roll shaft left side measuring means(210) slidingly installed at a left side guide(214) installed on one side pillar(211) of the pillars(211,212) and an upper roll shaft right side measuring means(230) slidingly installed at a right side guide(216) installed on the other side pillar(212) of the pillars(211,212); and an instrument for computing and indicating the measured signals by receiving measured signals of the straightness measuring machine and roll gap measuring machine(200).
