<p>A laminate for use as an outer covering of a battery which haa an aluminum foil and an inside layer, wherein a resin layer comprising (A) an aminated phenol polymer, (B) an acrylic polymer, (C) a phosphorus compound and (D) a zirconium compound is caused to be present between the aluminum foil and the inside layer. The laminate for use as an outer covering of a battery is excellent in adhesion, gas barrier-properties, and the like, and thus is suitable as an outer covering of a secondary battery, in particular, a lithium ion polymer secondary battery.</p> |
