PURPOSE: A cell phone mounting a magnifying glass thereon is provided to combine with a magnifying lens to integrally form the cell phone and the magnifying lens, so that users can confirm characters and each kind of display on an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display), and keyboards in an enlarged state. CONSTITUTION: A groove(14) is arranged for inserting a magnifying lens(25) between a lower plate and a battery. A magnifying glass fixing pin(15) is arranged on an upper left part of the magnifying lens groove(14). In a magnifying glass(20), a lens(25) is inserted in a magnifying glass rim(23). A magnifying glass grab(24) is arranged in an edge of the magnifying glass rim(23). A connection rod(22) is arranged beside the magnifying glass rim(23). A magnifying glass fixing pin hole(21) is arranged in an edge of the connection rod(22). The magnifying glass fixing pin hole(21) is inserted in the magnifying glass fixing pin(15) to fix the magnifying glass(20) in a cell phone. The magnifying glass(20) is rotated on an axis of the magnifying glass fixing pine(15) to take the magnifying glass(20) out of the magnifying lens groove(14).
