PURPOSE: A two-stage speed control cylinder is provided to simplify the configuration of the cylinder by eliminating the necessity of using an additional speed control valve, while maximizing space utilization and reducing manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A piston and a sleeve(3) are coupled to a piston rod(10) in such a manner that the piston rod coupled with the piston and the sleeve reciprocates within a cylinder(1). The cylinder has an inlet port(4) and an outlet port(5), and a seat(7) is arranged at the side of a rod cover(12). A constant speed section is formed when the sleeve contacts the seat, and the outlet port of the cylinder has a flow channel(9) connected to the outlet port. An adjustment screw(6) is mounted on the flow channel formed at the outlet port of the cylinder.
