摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing multicomponent alloy powder by controlling composition of molten metal is provided to control composition of final alloy powder by additionally charging the raw materials of the master alloy after performing component analysis before tapping to calculate the amount of raw materials of high purity master alloy added. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing multicomponent alloy powder by controlling composition of molten metal comprises the steps of melting the raw materials of the master alloy by charging the raw materials of the master alloy into the melting furnace in an amount corresponding to capacity of an induction melting furnace after weighing raw materials of high purity master alloy coinciding with a desired composition of the multicomponent alloy powder; removing slag floated to the upper side of the molten metal from the molten metal; additionally charging the raw materials of the master alloy by calculating the amount of the raw materials of high purity master alloy added to form a desired composition of molten metal after performing component analysis before tapping by collecting a sample from the slag removed molten metal; gas ejecting the molten metal by transferring the additionally charged molten metal to a gas ejection device after calculating the amount of raw materials of high purity master alloy; and checking the composition of the alloy powder by performing component analysis of the alloy powder after cooling the gas ejected powder.
