PURPOSE: A drawing die for forming automobile door panel is provided which is capable of reducing two steps of flanging process to one step. CONSTITUTION: The drawing die for forming automobile door panel comprises a lower die(10) for supporting blank; a lower blank holder(12) installed at the lower die; an upper die(14) corresponding to the lower die; an upper blank holder(16) that is installed at the upper die and corresponds to the lower blank holder; a cam slide(18) slid through a downward opening part formed inside the upper blank holder, and a cam drive(20) installed on the upper part of the cam slide, wherein the drawing die for forming automobile door panel further comprises an elastic means installed at the upper blank holder so that the cam slide returns, the elastic means comprises a push plate projectingly installed on the side surface of the cam slide, a spring set block installed at the downward opening part, a spring set bolt which penetrates the push plate and is installed between the spring set block, and a spring installed on the outer circumferential surface of the spring set bolt, and wherein the elastic means further comprises a nut that is installed at the spring set bolt and adjusts tension of the spring.
