PURPOSE: A wind guiding apparatus for a radiator of a vehicle is provided to allow wind to be constantly introduced into the radiator without being interrupted by a cooling fan by forcibly stopping a rotation of the cooling fan when a vehicle speed exceeds a predetermined reference level. CONSTITUTION: A wind guiding apparatus includes a cooling fan(10), which is rotated by a driving motor(20) connected to a crank shaft by way of a fluid clutch. The cooling fan(10) is mounted at a front of a radiator. A controller(30) controls an idle rotation of the cooling fan(10) by receiving a vehicle speed signal and an engine temperature signal. A stopper is provided to stop a rotation of the cooling fan(10) by forcibly press a rotating shaft of the driving motor(20) connected to the cooling fan(10). The stopper includes a pair of upper and lower stoppers and a pair of solenoids mounted on flanges protruded from both ends of the upper and lower stoppers.
