The invention relates to a system comprising at least three shaped, interlaced structural elements forming one or more triangles which can absorb forces and movements along the three axes: x, y, z. In this way, the weight of the system is reduced and the three-dimensional structural resistance thereof is improved in relation to other standardised structural systems. The inventive system can be combined with other innovative structural systems or used to reinforce existing systems in order to improve the qualities thereof.
