PURPOSE: An insulator fixing plate mounting structure for an electric heater is provided to prevent the insulator fixing plate from being moved by mounting the insulating fixing plate using a slot and a protrusion arm. CONSTITUTION: The housing(50) of an electric heater includes a bottom plate(51) having a predetermined area and a side plate(52) formed at both ends of the bottom plate(51). The side plate(52) forms a side the housing(50). A mounting tap(54) is formed at an upper end of the side plate(52). The mounting tap(54) is provided to fix the housing(50) to one side of a drier or to couple the housing(50) to the other member positioned on the housing(50). An air passage is formed in the housing(50). A slot(55) is formed in each side plate(52) of the housing(50).
