PURPOSE: A system for an electronic commerce and a method thereof are provided to promote a commodity sale by supplying an electronic commerce method which is not capable of being achieved through off-line and utilizing an advantage of an on-line maximally. CONSTITUTION: An order information database includes an identification number of a purchaser, a commodity reserve fund in accordance with an accumulation of a unit bidding purchase money, and a commodity trading standard price. If a unit bidding purchase money in accordance with purchase request is inputted from terminals of a plurality of purchasers, a unit bidding purchase processing unit(134) adds the unit bidding purchase money to a commodity reserve fund with respect to a corresponding commodity. In the case that an amount of the added commodity reserve fund is more than successful bid standard price, the unit bidding purchase processing unit(134) selects one purchaser and endows the selected purchaser with a purchase ticket. A compensation purchase processing unit(136) endows one purchaser who did not receive the purchase ticket. A bidding purchase processing unit(137) endows one purchaser and a conditional bidding purchase processing unit(135) endows the purchaser with a conditional bidding purchase ticket.
