PURPOSE: A tilt angle control system of a spoiler is provided to maximize the rear view of drivers according to the adjusted height of a headrest under the fixed speed of a vehicle by a control unit adjusting the tilt angle of the spoiler, and to improve the safety of a riding. CONSTITUTION: A tilt angle control system is installed horizontally in the upper of a rear vehicle body, controls a stepping motor(5) by a control unit(1) according to the speed of a vehicle, and accommodates the tilt angle of a spoiler(3). The tilt angle control system is composed of a first reflector(21) installed in the front of the vehicle and a second reflector(24) installed in the spoiler(3). A first laser scan unit and a first laser detector installed in the upper of the headrest(9) shoot laser to the first reflector(21) and detect the reflected laser. A second laser scan unit(25) and a second laser detector(26) installed in the upper of the headrest(9) shoot laser to the second reflector(24) and detect the reflected laser. An amplifier(27) amplifies signals from the first(23) and the second laser detector(26), and inputs the signals into the control unit(1). The height control unit of the headrest(10) includes a driving unit(18) working by signals of the control unit(1). The control unit(1) outputs control signals for the stepping motor(5), the spoiler(3) and the driving unit(18) of the height control unit(10) according to the detected laser from the first and second laser detector.
