COMBINATION IC CARD AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A combination IC card and method for manufacturing the same are provided to maintain an RF function of a card and improve a productivity of a card although a conductive glue is not used at a contact point between an antenna coil and an IC chip. CONSTITUTION: In a combination card having an IC(Integrated Circuit) chip integrally formed with an RF antenna, an inlay(31) of a PVC material is inserted between the lower surface sheet(11) having a card rear surface shape and the upper surface sheet(12) having a card upper surface shape. An antenna coil(32) is laid and wound on a plane as a loop shape along the edge portion of the inlay(31) on the inlay(31). An RF antenna(41) of an IC chip(40) is not contacted with the antenna coil(32). An electromagnetic induction operation with the RF antenna(41) formed on an IC chip(40) is amplified by the antenna coil(32) of the inlay(31).
