Independent claims are included for the following: (1) production of litter material by mixing a basis material (11) and one or more biological mixtures (12) with water (13) and air, sequentially or all together; and (2) a litter material comprising the basis material, a biological material, water (especially introduced in atomized or cloud form) and air.
