PURPOSE: A system for a remote medical examination and a method for controlling the same are provided to inform a health state and a variation of the health state to a user by automatically examining excrements of the user when the user has a bowel movement in a house, transmitting an examination result to a server in a remote place, and constructing a database based on the examination result. CONSTITUTION: An examination unit(20) is mounted in a toilet of a bathroom and checks an examined material. An operation control unit(10) controls of an operation of the examination unit(20). An identity checking unit(30) checks an identity of a user. A data transmission unit(40) transmits a result examined in the examination unit(20) and information of the user checked in the identity checking unit(30). A medical examination server(50) constructs a database based on data received in the data transmission unit(40) in a remote place, analyzes a health state of the user, manages a client, and informs data including the health state to the user.
