XANTHENONE DERIVATIVE FOR INHIBITING ANGIOGENICITY AND COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME FOR INHIBITING ANGIOGENICITY

PURPOSE: A xanthenone derivative for inhibiting angiogenicity and a composition containing the same for inhibiting angiogenicity are provided. Therefore, it can be useful for prevention and treatment of diseases associated with angiogenicity. CONSTITUTION: The xanthenone derivative for inhibiting angiogenicity, represented by formula(1) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are provided, wherein X1 is oxygen, nitrogen or sulfur; Y1 is hydrogen, valine butyl carbamate, succinic acid, tetrahydropyran, alkyl, aryl, alkylester, arylester or amino acid; X2 is oxygen, nitrogen or amine; Y2 is hydrogen, benzyl, hydroxy, alkyl or aryl; X3 is oxygen, nitrogen or sulfur; Y3 is hydrogen, alkyl or aryl; X4 is oxygen; Y 4 is hydrogen, tetrahydropyran, alkyl, aryl, alkylester or arylester; R1 is hydrogen, acetyl, alkyl, aryl, alkylester or arylester; and R2 and R3 form oxirane ring together or independently hydroxy or hydrogen.
