<p>A golf bag base comprises a seat member 20 forming the bottom of the bag having a lower recess (24 figure 6) defined by two opposed inner walls having a pivot/pivot hole 241 in each wall and an action plate 25 pivotly connected to said pivots/pivot holes of the seat member 20. The action plate 25 may have two pivoting blocks 251 on either side of the action plate 25, with each block 251 having stop tabs 252 which correspond to the indentations 242 located in the pivoting holes 241 which are preferably on the inner walls of recess (24 figure 6). The seat member 20 has a lower surface and may comprise a horizontal section 22 and an inclined section 23. The inclined section 23 of the seat member 20 may also include a recess 231 which allows accommodation of connection means 253 of the action plate 25 when the bag is tilted and placed on the ground. The connection means 253 being connected to the operating rods 31 which move the legs outwards when the bag is tilted on its side.</p> |
