SOLUTION: A harbor information network 23 is constructed among a physical distribution information center 22 in the container terminal, and a cargo owner, a cargo booking company, a ship company, a custom-house and the like, a file or holder 28 with a key number corresponding to each container 1 is prepared for communication in the network 23, the container number and the physical distribution information on loads are stored in the file or holder 28, a wireless IC key number tag 10 transmitting the key number is attached to the container 1 to communicate with a wireless antenna 9 mounted on a terminal gate, a yard crane 25 and a container crane 26, and the file or holder 28 is retrieved and corresponded on the basis of the key number to manage the container 1. |
