PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality ink-jet printer head without misdirection wherein ink droplets do not fly straightly at the time of ink ejection, ejection failure wherein ink droplets do not fly stably, or the like by completely eliminating burr of an electrode formed on the surface of a groove without generating chipping or cracking in the electrode. SOLUTION: An electrode 7 is formed by electroless plating wet process on the surface in a groove 5 formed on a laminated substrate 4 comprising piezoelectric members 2, 3 attached with each other. For obtaining a predetermined pressure chamber length, the end face of the groove 5 in a head 1a on the open side is cut off using a dicing saw. Then, burr of the electrode 7 is eliminated by brushing with a brushing device. |
