PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of regenerated polyol which is low in viscosity and is improved in color tone and which can enhance a recycling rate. SOLUTION: The production method of regenerated polyol obtained by decomposing and regenerating polyurethane comprises a decomposition step of heating polyurethane by monoalcohol to obtain a primary decomposed object, and an exchange and regeneration step of decomposing the primary decomposed object under heating by polyhydric alcohol to obtain the regenerated polyol.
