PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system which enables effective and efficient use of a surplus power not only for cooling, but also for indoor ventilation and refrigeration. SOLUTION: Compressed air obtained by an air compressing means 1 driven by an electric motor is cooled down by an air cooling means 17. The compressed air flowing out from a compressed air reserving means 20 which reserves the compressed air obtained by the air compressing means 1 is expanded to be cool air. The inlet and outlet of the means 20 for the compressed air is made openable and closable.
