PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the press speed per unit time and to prevent the deterioration of the precision of a product even after prolonged use. SOLUTION: Two rotation laminating dice 16a, 16b are repeatedly moved in the direction intersecting perpendicularly with the movement path of a rolled steel plate 6. A member 8 punched by blanking dice 12 is fed to the rotation laminating die 16a, and thereafter fed to the other rotation laminating die 16b. During the two punch works by the blanking dice 12, a piece of punched member 8 is fed to the rotation laminating die 16a. Thereby, the time interval in which one rotation laminating die receives the punched member 8 can be extended. And also the margin of time to carry out the rotation of one rotation laminating die at a predetermined angle can be brought about, and thus the load on machine elements to drive the rotation of the rotation laminating dice 16 can be reduced.
