PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precise allergen test chip. SOLUTION: This allergen test chip comprises a solid matrix comprising (i) a matrix layer, (ii) an adhesive intermediate layer located on the matrix layer, and (iii) a surface layer located on the intermediate layer; and at least one allergen immobilized on the solid matrix. This allergen test chip is used to detect IgE antibody and IgG antibody to various allergens in a sample.
