PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple epicyclic gearing structure involving a small backlash, easy to assemble, and having a sufficient tooth strength. SOLUTION: The backlash of a gear couple consisting of a sun gear 12 and a planet gear 14 and also the backlash of a gear couple consisting of the planet gear 14 and an internal gear 16 are made smaller than ten times of the gear tolerance unit arithmetical mean of the gears constituting the respective gear couples, and a taper 12C in chamfered form is formed on the sun gear 12 at its corner between the end face 12A in the direction across the tooth width and the tooth flank 12B, and such an arrangement is generated that the contour line 12D of the end face 12A following the tooth form is offset to inside the contour line 12E of the tooth form in an amount five times or more as large as the gear tolerance unit arithmetical mean of the sun gear 12 and planet gear 14.
