PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration affecting a driving shaft of a scroll fluid machine, and miniaturize by realizing high rotation. SOLUTION: A balance weight 41 which is shifted by 180 deg. from an eccentric direction of a crank portion 29 supporting a slewing scroll 4, to a shaft core 40 of a driving shaft 13 is arranged on the driving shaft 13 in a casing 5. A first rotary body 43 for regulation, having a center of gravity decentered in the same direction as the balance weight 41 is arranged on a shaft end of the driving shaft 13 protruding outside the casing 5 while penetrating the fixed scroll 2, and a second rotary body 23 is arranged on the other end of the driving shaft 13 protruding outside the casing while penetrating the casing 5. Balance regulation of the slewing scroll 4 is carried out so that the center of gravity of the slewing scroll 4 is positioned on a shaft core 45 of the crank portion 29. The positions of the centers of the gravity of the first rotary body 43 and the second rotary body 23 are modified so that static balance and dynamic balance of the driving shafts 13 is within a given range, when the slewing scroll 4 is supported.
