PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a domestic rain water reservoir capable of being comparatively simply mounted to an external wall of the existing building after the completion of the building. SOLUTION: The domestic rain water reservoir is so constituted that the water reservoir 10 is integrally provided to the inside of a siding board 3, and when the siding board 3 is mounted on the external wall 2 of the existing building 1 in post-work, it is mounted on the external wall 2 of the existing building 1 together with the siding board, and the water reservoir 10 is constituted of an upper tank 11, a middle tank 12 and a lower tank 13.
