PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating a pile head of a cast-in-place concrete pile driven into a pile hole, which can easily and surely offer the pile head having prescribed quality and strength, without the need for chipping work or the performance of a compressive strength test using the extraction of a core. SOLUTION: After concrete 5 is placed to the vicinity of a crest of a planned pile in the pile hole 1, colored concrete 5A is placed as final concrete. An extra- fill part 5A' of the colored concrete 5A above the crest of the planned pile is sucked in and removed by a vacuum hose 12 from an upper layer side of the extra-fill part 5A'. After it is affirmed that an upper end of the extra-fill part 5A', whose tint is made different from an original tint of the colored concrete 5A due to the mixing of impurities such as slime, gradually restores the original tint of the colored concrete 5A by virtue of suction and removal, the suction is stopped, and the crest is leveled off.
