PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the corrosion abrasion property of a Cr-N based ion plating coating film. SOLUTION: In the Cr-N based ion plating coating film composed of Cr-N type chromium nitride crystal in which 3-20 atom% tungsten forms a solid solution, the excellent abrasion property of the coating film exposed in a corrosive acid such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid while sliding is attained by the action of W forming the solid solution. Tungsten is not identified by X-ray diffraction, but the quantity is confirmed by the electro probe micro-analyser (EPMA).
