PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify device constitution by enabling to correctly decide a position even without cuts for positioning a printing plate to dispense with punching for forming the cuts, and saving installation space for punching. SOLUTION: An end surface of the printing plate 12 is used to be simply applied to reference pins 90, 92, and 94 for positioning. The cuts or the like need not be formed in the printed plate 12, so that work efficiency can be improved. Devices for cutting the cuts become unnecessary, so that device constitution is simplified.
