PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that attitude of a tray is unstable or the tray falls down dependently on loading quantity of the tray when manually moving a stocker with casters loaded with the tray. SOLUTION: This device for handling the stocker 4 provided with casters 3 in a bottom part 1a of a frame part 1 having a bottom is provided with a lock part 5 having a lower end formed into an L-shape along the bottom part peripheral edge 1a and a frame part outer surface 1b of the stocker 4 and for locking the bottom part 1a of the stocker 4 with a projecting part 5a of the lower end, an insertion part 6 pivotally supported by the lock part 5 at an intermediate part thereof freely to turn and having a lower end 6a to be inserted into the frame part 1 of the stocker 4, an arm 8 pivotally supported by the lock part 5 or the insertion part 6 at a position over the pivotal support position of the lock part 5 and the insertion part 6 freely to turn, and a pushing part 11 for pushing the insertion part 6 or the lock part 5 with turning of the arm 8 to pinch the frame part 1 of the stocker 4 between the insertion part 6 and the lock part 5.
