PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof pack for electronic equipment, which makes the electronic equipment waterproof and allows a sound, generated by the electronic equipment, to be surely heard from without. SOLUTION: This waterproof pack 10 houses the electronic equipment 12 and makes the electronic equipment 12 waterproof. The waterproof pack 10 has a transparent cover member 30 which houses the electronic equipment 12, a waterproof speaker 34 which is provided in the cover member 30 and exposed outside the cover member 30, and an external voice output supply terminal part 36 which connects the external voice output of the electric equipment 12, housed in the cover member 30, to the waterproof speaker 34.
