PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the propagation of various bacteria in a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A cooling washing water supply system is provided with a washing water cooling means of an ice storage heat device 2 or the like at an arbitrary part of a washing water supply system. Thereby temperature of washing water supplied to a toilet stool 1 is a prescribed temperature or lower, the various bacteria are difficult to live and propagate, production of odor and production of a urinary calculus, mold and the like can be suppressed. Since propagation or the like of the various vacteria can be suppressed without supplying acidic water and ozone water having strong washing ability like the conventional together, the toilet stool, its additional member and the like have no cause of deterioration promotion.
