<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device in which toner, etc. are prevented from flowing out unnecessarily from a gap between the developing casing and the developing sleeve of the developer, and to provide an image forming device and a process cartridge. SOLUTION: The developing device is provided with a developer carrier 4 having a fixed magnetic field generation means 5 inside, a first regulation member 6, a developer containing part A, a toner containing part, a second regulation member 7 and a cylindrical or columnar magnetic member 11 arranged in the developer containing part A. A toner take-in port part positioned on the upstream side the carrying direction of the developer on the development carrier than the second regulation member 7 for allowing the developer carrier 4 to take in the toner from the containing part. A protrusion part 20 is formed at a position higher than the lowest point part of the developer carrier 4 at the toner take-in port part.</p> |
