PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the operability of an operation auxiliary device. SOLUTION: This operation auxiliary device 40 transmits a swing operation force to a brake pedal 30 and an accelerator pedal 40 through an operation force transmission mechanism 41 when a driver seated on a driver's seat 12 swings and operates a manually-operated operation lever 55. The operation lever 55 is arranged close to a door 16 side in the vicinity of a steering handle 15. The operation force transmission mechanism 41 is provided with a power assist mechanism 90 for adding auxiliary power corresponding to a swing operation force.
