PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide printed matter having metal gloss used in a trading card or the like and having a high grade feeling and excellent design effect. SOLUTION: A pattern printing layer (12) is provided on a substrate (11) and a built-up printed part (13) comprising an ultraviolet curable (UV) resin is provided to the partial region of the pattern printing layer and a metal foil (14) is provided on the whole surface of the built-up printed part and, further, a transparent protective layer (15) is provided on the metal foil to obtain the printed matter having metal gloss (10).
