SOLUTION: The part 2 to be set and the attaching part 3 are sandwiched and secured with a lower side receiving surface 1a of the fixing ring 1 and an inclined upper side surface 1b by fitting and revolving a fixing ring 1 of a round shape into an inserted hole 21 of a part 2 to be set and an inserted hole 31 of a attaching part 3, and the part 2 to be set and attaching part 3 can be unfastened by reversely revolving the fixing ring 1.
