PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting bracket used for mounting a part to be fixed such as a capacitor, a switch on a rail detachably, which is easily manufactured and has flexibility in setting. SOLUTION: A main body 2, hook parts 3, a setting body 4, a guide groove 5, and a fastener 6 are comprised. Particularly, the right and left hook parts 3 formed at both sides of the main body 2 symmetrically to the right and to the left and capable of engaging with each hook part 10 of the rail 7, and the guide groove 5 formed at the lower part of the setting body 4 symmetrically to the right and to the left, and for guiding the setting body 4 to the coaxial position for the rail are provided.
