PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tool which can stably and safely cut off a large-diameter pipe larger than 100 mm in diameter by turning the pipe leaving it bound upon rollers in machining such as cutting. SOLUTION: Pipe supporting rollers 2 are arranged above a drive shaft 3. The pipe 4 is placed upon the pipe support rollers 2 and bound using a belt 5. Machining work, such as cutting-off, is safely and quickly carried out by driving the drive shaft 3 by a motor 7.
