<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrostatic charge image developing toners which can provide high-grade images with an electrostatic charge image developing device of a wide range from a low speed to a high speed and are excellent in offset resistance, fixability, etc., in a heat roll fixing method. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toners containing the polyester resin obtained by reacting (A) a polybasic acid compound of >=1 kind selected from the group consisting of bivalent or higher valence polybasic acids, acid anhydrides and their lower alkyl esters and (B) >=1 kind of diol component including an aliphatic diol [provided that the compounds having the bisphenol skeleton expressed by following general formula (1): (where, R<1> and R<2> are the same or different and denote ethylene groups or propylene groups; (n) and (m) denote the same or different and denote an integer from 0 to 6 and m+n denotes an integer from 0 to 7) are precluded] as a binder resin and an aromatic zirconium sulfate compound as a charge control agent.</p> |
