PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipette assembly capable of easily and economically executing simultaneous multiple analyses. SOLUTION: This pipette assembly 10 comprises a hollow inner part 16 for forming a first cavity part 24, a base end part 26, and a hollow inner part for forming a second cavity part 34. A pipette chip assembly 14 comprises a plunger 42 arranged in the second cavity part 34 and a valve structure elastic body 46 for normally pressing the plunger 42 to a first position where the terminal part 32 of the pipette chip assembly 14 is blocked by the plunger 42. The plunger 42 opens the terminal part 32 to perform a fluid connection from the terminal part 32 of the pipette chip assembly 14 to the first cavity part 24 communicating with the second cavity part 34.
