PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a polishing device from stopping due to entwining of a thin work around transfer rollers. SOLUTION: The polishing device is provided with transfer rollers 2 which transfer a work, buff polishing rollers 3 which are located between the transfer rollers 2 and backup rollers 4 for the buff polishing rollers 3, in addition to them, free rollers 6 and 7 which partially overlap with the transfer rollers before the transfer rollers 2 in the work transfer direction. |
