COLORED RESIN COMPOSITION, COLOR FILTER USING THE SAME, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING COLOR FILTER AND LIQUID CRYSTAL ELEMENT USING COLOR FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a colored resin composition which has excellent storage stability and exhibits good water resistance and alkali resistance after curing and to manufacture a color filter more inexpensively by an ink jet method using the composition as ink. SOLUTION: A composition comprizing a water-soluble vinyl resin obtained by copolymerizing methacryloyloxyethyl isocyanate of which the isocyanate group is blocked and another vinyl monomer, a crosslinking agent, a coloring agent and water is prepared. After the composition is laid down on a transparent substrate using an ink jet method, a heat treatment is implemented which liberates the isocyanate group from blocking and expedites crosslinking.
