PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planographic printing plate for an infrared laser having a good coated surface state and excellent in aging stability of a scratch. SOLUTION: The planographic printing plate is obtained by disposing a heat sensitive layer comprising (A) a material which absorbs light and generates heat, (B) a resin having phenolic hydroxyl groups and soluble in an aqueous alkali solution, (C) a polymer using a (meth)acrylate monomer having two or three 3-20C perfluoroalkyl groups in one molecule as a polymerized component and (D) a fluoropolymer including at least a specified monomer as a copolymerized component.
