SOLUTION: In the buckle device 212, a permanent magnet 358 is installed on a latch 250, when the child seat is set, a tongue plate 330 is pulled with a relatively large tension exerting a weaving belt, following this, and the latch 250 moves while the permanent magnet 358 displaces. The displacement of the permanent magnet 358 is detected with a MRE element, therefore it is detected that the child seat is set.</p> |
