PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilting mirror arrangement which is positioned and supported at high precision, can be produced economically and can be used in a wide variety of optical devices. SOLUTION: In this tilting mirror arrangement for selectably deflecting or allowing passage of a light beam in an optical device, preferably such as a microscope, tilting mirrors 1 and 1a are arranged on a carrier 5 having three surface support parts 6a, 6b and 6c for precision mounting of the tilting mirrors 1 and 1a in a working position (state), the tilting mirrors 1 and 1a have a reflection area 2 configured as a mirror surface on one side face of the tilting mirrors 1 and 1a, and the end parts of the tilting mirrors 1 and 1a are also configured as a cylindrical part 4 including a tilting shaft 14 and having projecting parts 4a and 4b along the tilting shaft 14. |
