PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To tighten a bracket and a side plate surely while suppressing an increase in the size of a heat exchanger and the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A hole 141g is made through a bracket 140 at a position corresponding to a fixing pin 142. Since bending rigidity of the bracket 140 is lowered in the axial direction of a bolt 143, the second wall part 141b is brought into contact with side plates 130 and 230 readily by tightening the bolt 143. Since the bracket 140 is secured to the side plates 130 and 230 without requiring to increase the tightening torque or the size of the bolt 143, the bracket 140 is brought into contact surely with the side plates 130 and 230 while suppressing the increase in the size of a duplex heat exchanger and the manufacturing cost.
