PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical isolator module which facilitates hermetical sealing of a semiconductor module and seals optical parts assembled with the use of an adhesive or the like in a housing. SOLUTION: An optical isolator module 1 is provided with a capillary 3 to which an optical fiber 2 is set, an optical isolator 7 arranged on the light incidence side of the capillary, and a transparent body 8 and is built in the housing of the semiconductor module to constitute a photoelectronic device, and an airtight bead 11 is provided, on the side opposite to the light incidence side of the capillary, which is fitted to an aperture provided in the housing wall surface of the semiconductor module in such state that hermetical sealing is possible, the airtight bead 11 holding the optical fiber 2 which is extended from the capillary to the side opposite to the light incidence side and has the resin coating removed to expose the core part.
