SOLUTION: This hybridization device comprises an excitable vibration table 28 capable of placing a cartridge 11 loaded with a biochemical analytic unit 1 comprising a plurality of adsorptive areas 4 containing a specific bonding substance having a known structure or characteristic formed thereon with a space; a hybridization solution injection pin 23 capable of injecting a hybridization solution; a probe solution injection pin 24 capable of injecting a probe solution containing an organism-derived material in the cartridge 11; a washing solution injection pin 25 capable of injecting a washing solution in the cartridge 11; and a solution extraction pin 31 for extracting the solution housed in the cartridge 11.
